If I hit my ball and it hits another person's ball and then goes through the wicket on the same stroke, do I get 2 more shots?

You only get one bonus shot. You can not accumulate bonus shots and since you went through the wicket after hitting the other ball, you only get the bonus shot for going through the wicket. If you went through the wicket first and then hit the ball, you would get two bonus shots.

you can take that option - one extra for striking another ball and one extra for going through a wicket. or you can take the option of sending their ball after your extra shot (which would take the place of your bonus shot from striking the ball).
