Depends on what your goal is. If you just want to compete and have fun running that do it. if you want to break world records...well...maybe you should re-evaluate your abilities. depending on your age and abilities you can shave a considerable amount off that because you have more distance to work with. Up your endurance and you can still compete. if you want to that is.

If I were you, I'd train mostly on the weekends,because at times you need to relax.

u should train more man....i've be triyin to get it under 2.50....but can't i'm still training for it.....my goal is to do it in 2.10 or under 2.00

You should constantly train. If you don't, you'll get worse.

i would say nvr stop until u cant do it anymore...u'll regret it later in life...i always wished i kept with football
