Obviously I'd love to see Peaty win it on home soil and its not like he's slow or anything, but I reckon Sam Hill will take it. He's the future.
As for the women, Tracy Mosley all the way. Though I'd like to see Rachel Atherton get the gold. She's also the future.

A month ago, I parked my bike outside of my building, and the next day, I found that some jerk had chained his bike up against mine, locking it in. I can't contact the guy, and a huge snow storm has blown in. I noticed that both bikes now have rust damage. It was nice to see that his bike is significantly worse off than mine, but I'm still worried. Can my bike be saved? It is vintage and chrome and can't stand up to bad weather like new bikes. :( Any advice would be appreciated. I love my bike, and I want to save her!

I have a mountain bike with 26" wheels and I wish to change them to 27" road bike wheels. If I get the correct gear set on the rear will my braking system grip a thinner rim and will the axel be the same width?

im looking for things like bearings for suspension pivots, cable guides, bushings for shocks, that sort of thing. i especially need a set of bushings for my fox vanilla rx, it doesnt quite fit with the older ones i have.

my shop wont order small parts like these because they will actually lose money special ordering them and its not worth it to buy a whole box of whatever just to use one. i was looking for a place online that sells things like that.

serious answers only please

I purchased a used Power Rider exercise machine with no instructions. I would like to know how to adjust it and how to exercise with it.

Anybody know where I might find this information? Thanks.

I've built bulky legs trough spinning/cycling. I'm trying to get my legs to be thinner in about 4 weeks. I will continue to spin but with lower resistance. How long until I start seeing results?

And I didn't realize you have to choose the diameter of the tires as well?? And I can't ask him what he prefers cause it's a surprise Valentine's gift. Which size is best? He's 6 ft, 190 lbs. (if that helps)

Thanks so much!!

I have not owned or ridden a bicycle in YEARS and just recently moved to an area with some nice riding paths. What's a good, reasonably priced bicycle to look at? By "reasonable" I mean somewhere around $150. This would be for riding on city streets and paths, not mountain biking.
