Have an incomplete 2003 Cannondale Jekyll that is missing the parts listed above. What would you recommend I replace them with? Front derailleur is a Shimano XT. LX cassette. Not looking for anything overly expensive (in fact, I would prefer to go browsing on eBay). I would love to hear some ideas!

A cyclist rode 3 hours with a tail wind of 6km/h. The return trip against the head wind took 5 hours. Find the cyclist speed in still air.

I am looking to buy a Hybrid bike, perhaps a Motobecane Cafe Noir. The frame is chromally, is that considered strong and light weight?

ive been looking into getting the new XTR 24 spoke wheelset. i would use it for my XC race bike. is this ok to use? the wheels comes with a disc hub so i will be using LX hydros on them. ive heard that discs will damage low spoke count wheels - why?

i would be using this bike for only XC and road.

what do you know about Vuelta wheelsets? ive seen a lot on ebay and they are fairly inexpensive and look sweet.

I know I saw an add for bicycles on television in the form of an infomercial, and the company has a web site for direct sales of its product. I think it was a California company, but I can't find the name via either Google or Yahoo.

Is it that bad if the bike I operates is a slightly smaller size than is recommended for my height? Like the frame size is 1 or 2 cm smaller than should be? Will it make me exert more energy if it's slightly smaller?
