Start at 200 lbs pressure - they are a 1-1 ratio shock with your weight in lbs.

If it's a relatively new (production-wise_ shock, then OlMacDude is wrong, and 200 lbs will be too much. Your shock owners manual should have suggested pressures, but the best way, is to measure sag. When you're sitting on the bike unsupported (ie; hand on the bars, feet on the pedals, I know this is hard to mimic, but it's part of the fun of bike setup) you want the shock to sag 1/4 through it's stroke for XC riding. That's what the little o-ring is for on the shaft of your shock. Slide it up, sit on the bike, get off, and measure how far the o-ring went. Then play around with the pressure, and do it all again.

im not sure about the exact pressure setting, but i know an easy way to adjust it to your preferences. first, tie a zip tie around the barrel of the shock (the part that moves) and slide it all the way inwards. sit on the bike and check how far that zip tie moved. this is how much preload the shock has. the average rider needs 20-30% preload, meaning that zip tie should only move about 1/4 of the total distance of travel.

Mojo suspension will be able to recommend the correct pressure for your weight, bike leverage ratio and riding style.

You just let out some shock oil.
