Kona has the Hoss models (clydesdale or heavy-duty XC) or a dirt jumper like the Stuff or Cowan. These models will take more abuse than a typical XC bike. Both lines have extra beefy frames, forks, brakes and wheel sets.

this is totally dependant on your riding style etc but the claud butler cape wrath disc is a good bike check out evans cycles, for tips on the bike which may suit you try mbr magazine website
