Kona Hoss models - made for Clydesdale riders. Have frame sizes up to 22" and frame/components are extra durable.

Specialized!!!
I am a big guy also and weigh about 345 and I just purchased a Specialized Expedition Elite (Large Frame) and couldn't be happier.
Test ride a Specialized you won't be disappointed.

Klein or Cannondale range will suit you!!(I use a Klein and I'm 6 feet 2 Inches!)
Best to ride then first before you buy!!
