I've just fell down from the bicycle in gym and get a severe bruise. I think I did not adjust it properly. Please advice. Thanks.

You should set the seat height so your leg is still bent a bit when the pedal is at the bottom.

raise or lower the seat. it should be comfortable for you without straining any muscles
