I need help to find a road bike community in Taichung City, Taiwan. Can anyone help me, thank's a lot!?

I cannot speak, read, or write in chinese, live in area near Wufong in Taichung, I'm using GIANT TCR road bike. If it's possible, I wanna know where the velodrome location in Taichung. Again, thank's alot.

The url is in Chinese but if you do a search on it you will get at least some English sites. These guys organise the tour of Taiwan.(also at the velodrome)

Try to find someone who speaks English and a bit of Chinese. If you can pick up even a few words. You will discover there is a good proportion of very helpful people.(pretty much like anywhere)
