Unsupported and you have to carry it yourself.

Load on the carbs same as before (for a week prior)

During the ride, only answer energy bars and lots of them. Probably two dozen, or enough to eat one every hour. You will also need a lot of water around 750 to a litre per hour. Hopefully you can stop and refill or at least leave some on the route to pick up. In this case don't worry about the second bottle spike everything with quarter strength energy drink.(Gatorade etc)

Oh and that road kill that starts looking enticing after ten hours, I reckon your at even odds to be chewing it at twenty.

600 km is a pretty good challenge on its own, non stop and totally unsupported huge. I suddenly feel lazy.
