If Joe Torre would have won the 4 World Series he won in a more spread out fashion and not in those 5 years, Torre would have been praised and his job wouldn't be in question. Your thoughts?

For more than four hours we all had to sit there and listen to both of this "professionals" do nothing but praise the Red Sox in every way they could while talking about the Indians as if they were nothing more than background noise.

Do you think is was unintentional or by design? Your thoughts.

Baseball fans, Which Bothers You Most..........Your team leaving men on base, especially "drunken" sacks several times during a game OR when your pitcher walks in the other team's winning run????..............CAT

Known world wide as the best hitting catcher of all time, I stand here and ask you, when Mike Piazza retires from the A's, will he be inducted into the Baseball hall of fame? Thanks! Cheers!

Out of the 30 Major League Baseball teams, which team would you say it is easy to go to a ticket window at the stadium and purchase tickets for a game on that day. Also, which team would you say it is difficult to purchase tickets for?

I would say the easiest team to get tickets is the Atlanta Braves and the most difficult team to get ticket for are the Chicago Cubs.

has been injured the last few years, and in 16 seasons from 1992-2007, the 36 year old (yeah right, he's from the Dominican Republic, they all lie about their age, he's probably 42) has: 209 Wins - 93 Losses, 3,030 K's and 2.80 ERA, 3 CY Young Awards, 1997, 1999, 2000, and also won the WS in 2004 with the Red Sox. A lot of people say you can't make the Hall of Fame without 300 wins, but Sandy Koufax did so with 165 wins in 12 seasons, so I think it is possible for Pedro, but he better start to rebound the next few years and pad those numbers and get to at least 250 wins to have a shot.

What do you think?

I asked this yesterday of Sabathia and Beckett, and here it is for Game 2.

I say Schilling goes 7.1 strong and allows 2 earned, and I believe Carmona goes 7.0 and allows 4 earned runs.

Thoughts?

i think the indians have a good chance of winning tonight. the indians got killedin their first game at Yankee Stadium and ended up bouncing back. i think the same thing could happen at Fenway.

GO TRIBE!!!

1991-2007 and has, 250 wins - 144 losses, 2,663 K's and 3.70 ERA. Moose might be the final pitcher EVER to get to 300 wins, if he plays another 4 or 5 years. I say you have to let in Bert Byleven, who has 287 wins, before you let in Moose, if he finishes under 300, you agree?

I go to Seton Hall which has decent sports teams (our basketball team is really good) and I was walking past the field the other day since it's really close to campus and I saw the baseball team practicing. I've always wanted to play baseball, but I've never been on a team before. Am I crazy to think that with some practice I could walk on to the team? Even if I don't get to play I would still enjoy the experience....

216 wins - 146 losses, 3,116 K's and .346 era and 2 world series rings. I say No, he was only dominant during his late 20's through late 30's, only a 10 year stretch. He really didn't get rolling till he was 25 in 1992. He wasted his first 4 years, this will cost him in the long run for Hall of Fame votes, you agree?

Can they win with their pitching. I've analyzed every aspect, and I believe Rockies will power their way to victory in 6 games.
