Reds' problem is not who manages the team. It's the fact that they just can't seem to find good pitching. You need to build your team around good young pitchers. Just look at the Rockies and the D-backs.

Anyway, I like Dusty and good luck to him.

Dusty's a decent manager, but until they get a few decent pitchers (2 starters and bullben boost) he's not going to be enough to turn the team around...3-4years, if it last that long, in my opinion. =P

I think he can turn the team around if management let him get the players needed to make them better.
