On April 8, 1993 Carlos Baerga (then playing for the Indians) hit one home run off of the Yankee Steve Howe and later Steve Farr. Mark Bellhorn also did it in 2002 one August 29 playing against the Brewers, I don't know what pitcher/pitchers gave up the homers though.

All I Know is that Baerga did it first,,,in a TRIBE uniform...than got stuck on nose candy and partying and threw his career away...too bad!!
