Anybody want to explain to me whether or not I'm right or wrong here...I'd like to know what you guys think.

Here is the question:

Why are people whining about Pujols not playing, LaRussa obviously had a reason???

Here was my response (I added details after recieving 2 thumbs down):

Pujols shouldn't have been there in the first place...they had enough 1st basemen on the National League roster. Eric Byrnes should have been on the team instead.

I get 2 thumbs down for that response huh? Does anybody not agree with me that Derrek Lee and Prince Fielder aren't doing better this season than Albert Pujols? Why have 3 1st basemen? You can't sit here and tell me that Eric Byrnes did not deserve to be on that roster...compare his numbers to Rowand...how about Freddy freakin' Sanchez! How about Pujols? Lets get realistic people...c'mon!

I am sure everyone has seen a few posters who add, at the end of their answer, for people to come to rootzoo.com for "smarter talk"

They add (seems like it's a script though, cause everyone has the same thing) about asking there and getting better responses.

Does anyone else wonder why, if this rootzoo is so good, these posters are at YA anyway?

If these people recruit people from YA to Rootzoo, wouldn't that just lower the overall quality because right now they have 'smarter baseball talk'.

I sort of put each one I see into the abuse section under spam, but they are still here, so perhaps that's not worthwhile and maybe extreme.

What do you think if you have noticed?

The two managers of the team that won the AL and NL of last year manage the Al and NL teams in the All star game the next year. What if the manager who coached the NL team of the World Series last year decided to retire or quit. Who would coach the NL team the following year for the All-Star game?

I am an avid baseball fan and wondered how a Japanerse player who cannot speak English win the new 2008 Truck over Deeter and other American players? Is it because Japanese players are better in training them? I been noticing a lot of American players with pot bellies and ones who cannot hit the ball. It's sad to see so many players getting paid millions and they cannot hit the ball out like they used to back in the day.

Does that mean it will take the Cubs 5 games to win it all, or will they still sweep whichever unfortunate AL team has to face the mighty Cubbies?
