He is a good pitcher but a poor excuse for a person. Only a glory hound drama king would put fake vampires blood on his sock.

Then today, has the nerve to insult Roger Clemens signing with the Yankees? "It would have been nice to have him, but we didn't need him," Curt Schilling said. "I feel like we were a legitimate World Series contender without him."

How dare he insult one of the greatest pitchers of all time? Was this man beaten as a child or some other traumatic experience that makes him such a jerk?

i was at the Royals 13-4,loss to Detroit,May 6 Build-A-Bear game, and this stange thing happened in the 5th inning. There was like a half a hot dog on the ground up where i was sitting.I sat there not to get wet. This bird comes by and takes the hotdog but makes it a little way and drops the hot dog on this old lady. She looks behind at us because she thought somebody threw it at her. THIS WAS A TRUE STORY!

Also are you excited about him approching the all time home run record or are you mad? Do you think his name should be taken out of record books?

I have a 1985 Fleer baseball card with Dave Winfield and Lance Parrish on the same card. About 3/4 of the card has Winfield and the other 1/4 has Parrish on it. Winfield played for the Yankees and Parrish played for the Tigers that year. Does anyone know if the card might be worth something? I've had it all these years and never thought about it.

Chicago Cubs hadn't win the World Series since 1907. Only Boston Red Sox and Chicago White Sox had won the world series to snapped their drought into the world series.

the guy that saves the season for the Yankees...you know the Hero that came to help NY when the season was almost lost. Any one agrees? Do you think at the end of the season, he will be that guy, cause I doubt it that one guy can save a season.

IF he doesn't belong, then why not start a movement to erase Mickey Mantle and Willie Mayes from the hall? Both worked for the Claridge Casino in Atlantic City and were 'suspended' from baseball during their employment there during the 80's. They were put on the 'permanently ineligible list', yet were reinstated by Peter Ueberroth in 1985 after only 2 years. Rose has been on that list for 18 years. His time has come.

What's the deal with Alyssa Milano's clothing line? Women can be real baseball fans, but her clothing seems to be only for women to look like...Well, who needs v-neck shirts? If we're real baseball fans, it shouldn't matter that we have to shop in the men's department if that's the only place to find shirts to support our team. And pink? We can wear our team's real colors! I refuse to own a baseball shirt that is pink. Who's with me?!

Btw-what's with all those women sportscasters on places like ESPN? Do they even have a clue what they're talking about?

Have booked tickets for a game over the internet and they've very helpfully told us that we need to collect our tickets from 'what is called a "Will Call" Box Office'. And that 'Tickets will be held in will call at the venue box office where the event will take place.'

Anyone know where this is - how much extra time we'll need to allow to collect the tickets etc? There doesn't seem to be any specific info on the Ticketmaster or Yankees sites.
