You are actually thinking of Eric Gagne. Gagne has struggled the last two years with injuries, but signed on with Texas for 2007 as the Rangers' closer. He is finishing a stint on the DL now, and will return to the closer role this week.

Gagne reported no soreness afterwards and reported he's on song to be activated from the disabled checklist Tuesday, would 8.
