Why are you so against him? Is it because deep down inside you don't want people of color to succeed? It really isses me off that whites talk so much crap about him. Leave him alone!!!!

18 million for 4 months from an out of shape 44 year old pitcher. What are the Yankees thinking? What sports fan could be happy about this?

For example, Ronnie Belliard signed a minor league contract with the Washington Nationals and I don't think he has spent one day with the Nationals in the minor leagues. He has been playing major league ball. Same for Roger Clemens...he signed a minor league contract with the Yankees but yet he will be playing for the Yankees mlb team. Can someone please explain?? Thanks!

He says he's back with the Yankees to do what the Yankees do best, win a title and anything else "is a failure." Isn't this the same guy who begged out with an injury in the World Series against the White Sox? What's the point in getting Clemens if he's just going to get hurt for you in your biggest hour and then act like you are the one with the problem?

The Cubs always have some reason to get their fans in a frenzy in the off season (big signings) to get their fans buzzing and to get pre-season ticket sales going strong. Are the Yankees, with the signing of Clemens, trying to get their fans pumped up again, trying to sell more tickets, only to leave them crying in October?

And how do you feel about him possibly breaking Hank Aaron's home run record? I know how hard it is to hit major league pitching, and steroids or not, you can't hit a home run without making contact. He has hit near .300 for several years and steroids don't help with that either. I am torn myself and would like input from others on this matter

Have you ever had a glimpse of this guy's face? He has abnormal muscular growth in his face which may be due to HGH use. He has always been the type of player to skirt the rules of baseball whenever possible, case in point, his odd propensity to get hit by pitches that could be avoided. He has been around players who have been linked to PED use, and his personal drive to reach certain milestones cannot be questioned. With him being a hitter with a below .300 average, he has needed nearly 11,000 atbats to reach 3000 hits. If anyone is using a PED in baseball today, it's Craig Biggio!

Why in baseball do the players wear a glove when fielding? I play cricket (in england) and the only person that wears gloves is the wicket keepers (back stop?).

The rest of the players are expected to catch / stop the ball with only their bare hands. Yet in baseball all of the fielder have gloves. Is this because they are a bunch of pansies? or not. Please put forward your arguements

I would love to know the real answer.

Rich
