I agree, and it is those fair weather fans that give you guys a bad name. Its nice to see a Yankees fan post something civilized on here.

Kinda like ghost of yankees beyond besides.. Torre's no longer useless... gahh incorrect analogy. Yes i agree Girardi continues to be the chief and that i do not know the way dangerous he's but when i used to be a yankee fan.. i might nonetheless stick it out its simplest been a month and you understand what (ok i have a tendency to stay up for managers so this is my rant in three two..) Its difficult being a supervisor of a crew i might feel! I imply is it REALLY (y!a will have to have an italicized button so you'll imply the matters you variety with out making it appear like you are screaming at anyone...) all his fault that the Yankees are not beginning off as good as they had been anticipated to? So the bullpen is sucky, CC can not appear to capture a holiday and the beginning rotation is a bleh... Maybe its the avid gamers that must begin gambling good. Although its really handy accountable Girardi. I consider you Janet that you simply gotta deal :D

The Yankees have a very strong history and you should be proud of your team. But being a Yankee fan is an easy gig cuz u have all the history to fall back on. Try being a Cubs fan or until recently a Red Sox fan. Try being a Buffalo Bills fan. Those are serious fans who don't gloat over things they had no hand in.....

I was a Yankee fan from the time the sperm launched. It should be just a game, but it's not. It's more like a lifestyle. The pinstripes mean as much to me as the red, white and blue. But at 33 I'm young man. I remember Reggie Jackson and Nettles and them guys, but everything before that point I read about or saw movies about.

Right, to be a true Yankee fan, you have to be brain dead. Unless you're from New York and don't really know any better, why would anyone decide voluntarily to be a Yankee fan? To cheer for the team with the biggest payroll? To cheer for the team with the most unbalanced owner? To cheer for the team with the two most annoying, bar none, radio announcers in the business? Perhaps with time and proper counseling and treatment you will find a better object for your baseball allegiance.

Cheering for the yankees is a tough job.
You are hated on by everbody.
People cheer against you everywhere.
You respect history while most other fans ignore it.
You have to be the sanity to the others insanity. Yankee fans are true baseball fans.

I agree. I'm defitnetly not a Yankee fan, but I agree. I am a die-hard Cardinals fan. I don't just like them for winning the world series, I've liked them forever.

To be a yankee fan nowadays means you have to be able to leap on and off bandwagons at a moments notice and shout " 26 RINGS". OH YEAH AND BE A TOTAL DOUCHE

Any one who has more money than they have Brains... They are the guy who goes out and pays three times more for EVERYTHING so they can have the new
Sheik NEW stuff. Only to find out later most of it sucks. The next year it's half as costly and works twice as fast aslo looks a little better and is a bit smaller as well...
