Not that I know of, but I can make you one. I'm only going to rate the twelve I've seen games at though.
Loudest to wimpiest
1. Red Sox
2. Yankees
3. Mets
4. White Sox
5. Cards
6. Tigers
7. Cubs
8. Phillies
9. Braves
10. Rockies
11. Royals
12. Nationals
I can't rate all the teams, because I haven't been there...

Loudest--meaning they don't need a scoreboard to tell them what to do--Red Sox and Cub fans. They know what to chant and sing without a scoreboard telling them to clap. Quietest: San Diego has cheerleaders called the Pad Squad circulating Petco Park trying to get people to clap. The scoreboard urges people to make noise.. The Angels fans aren't much better. They need the scoreboard and the sound system to rouse them. 10,000 Red Sox fans can outshout 33,000 Angel fans. On June 22 - 24, about 20,000 Red Sox fans will come to Petco which otherwise is usually about 1/2 full. It will seem like Fenway west.
