It is okay to take a shirt off, if........
1. You have another shirt on underneath.......... or,
2. You have your chest painted and it is below freezing......... or,
3. Your shirt is on fire.

When you are in shape, supporting your team, and had a little too much to drink...Most guys you see are a hundred pounds overweight. The weather makes no difference....sometimes you see shirtless guys at a football game when it is below freezing.

well. is this at a outdoor stadium, cause it should be very warm out. and you can when the game is really exciting. not when its dull cause then it looks as though you just want a reason to take your shirt off
