Have booked tickets for a game over the internet and they've very helpfully told us that we need to collect our tickets from 'what is called a "Will Call" Box Office'. And that 'Tickets will be held in will call at the venue box office where the event will take place.'

Anyone know where this is - how much extra time we'll need to allow to collect the tickets etc? There doesn't seem to be any specific info on the Ticketmaster or Yankees sites.

From the Yankee's website:

WILL-CALL
Will-Call windows are located on the first base side of the Stadium, adjacent to Gate 4 and across from Parking Lot 8. Will-Call opens two hours prior to all games.

Save time and avoid Will-Call lines! The Yankees now have kiosks that can be used to pick up tickets that are left at Will-Call. Just swipe your credit card and your tickets will print out immediately. The kiosks are adjacent to window 75, across from parking lot 8.
