I am 15 year old boy, that will be coaching a little league team. But I have to try and convice the manager of the baseball association that I am able to coach. He already knows me because I was the best player when I played for that league, and I already called him in November, but know I have to confirmed it today, what should I say to convice him I can be a good coach. (And I know my stuff in baseball so I should be able)

During baseball tryouts a few years ago I was told by a coach that I as a pitcher had to give signs to the catcher indicating what pitch was coming. In my 13 years I never learned these signals and have wondered what they are ever since. All I know is they are various motions with the glove. What are these conventional signals?
