Well the area the batsman bats is called the Batter's Box, The bases are called a diamond. I can't think of any other squares in baseball.

There really isn't anything called baseball squares. They are either called baseball diamonds which is the actual field or bases.

The bases are square.
Home plate has 5 points so it's not square.
The infield is a diamond (sort of a square on it's side).
The batter's box is a rectangle.
The pitcher's mound is a circle.
