As I watch a Nascar race
My wife gets right into my face
She say's you really like this stuff
As for me, I have had enough

All these cars go round and round
The finish line seems never found
She says if she was at the track
She leave me there, and not come back

She says she'd rather watch a show
Thats her favorite, I should know
She says she wants to watch it now
I say no way, no where no how

As we struggle for the remote
I grab it tight and start to gloat
The she puts me in some sort of hold
I drop the thing, my hand gets cold

She stands straight up and says to me
I just won, my show it be
But I'll just let her think she won
Because the race is a re-run

I hate it and because Nascar is completely ran by Money I see the only way to defeat the car of tomorrow is to boycott it. It won't stick around if it's not making money. That's why teams switch drivers all the time. No money, no car of tomorrow, no problem. Follow your driver on Nascar.com after the race. Don't give them the ratings. Who's with me?

He went from the back to the front and had the car to beat at the end of the race, just fell short because he is a gentlemanly driver and didn't want to cause a wreck, and in most articles he was barely mentioned, and it sounded like Busch had the better car in most of them. It isn't just this race either. Everytime you watch on tv, listen for his name and get ready for a long wait. After the race they talked about the points race and skipped over the guy 3 points behind. In other races he'll finish in the top 5 or even in the top 2 or 3 after leading or having the best car for most of the day(he'll have the fastest laps many times in a race if you watch the speeds) and they don't even mention him half the time.

All NASCAR teams build their own cars, so what makes a Ford a Ford? or a Chevy a Chevy? Is it just basically a name only?

I think this question is so cool! So I want you to tell me your answer:

If you had a chance to have dinner with Tony and could include one of his friends, who would it be?

Peyton Manning
Kid Rock
Garth Brooks
Kasey Kahne

I picked Kasey Kahne, because he's the hottest guy out of those 4. :) Tell me which one you would pick and why.

Thoughts on Jeff Burton not moving Kyle Busch out of the way for the win... I know running another driver over to win a race isn't the way it should be done, and I agree. But in this instance, we're talking about BRISTOL. I mean, When your wheeling around half-mile bull ring, and you're faster than the guy infront of you, and passing is almost impossible on the outside.. Why not use your bumper?!

I didnt like it at all. I hate hate hate hate these new cars. They ant made to hit the wall at all. Did u see D.J hit the wall. With the old car he would have been able to get back in the race. all those tire problems are bing cause by the front of the cars. Nascar better look hard at doing somthing about that. I hope these new cars fall to the waste side because i hate them i could even watch the whole race and that is the first time since i started watching nascar 16 years ago.

Did anyone else see the Busch pre race interview with Kyle? He went to take a swig of water and his bottle cap was still on, then he tried to play it off like he took a drink. What a tool.

I swear it looked like a little hit and they tore apart like they're made out of aluminum foil. I can see this being safer, since a driver is safer sitting in the garage from a slight bump than racing on the track.

Why is his nickname "Smoke"? Too bad yesterday's typical, convenient "debris caution" near the end couldn't help him out.

Kyle: "It just doesn't turn," he said. "For me, it's not very fun to drive. It's a hard car to race around the racetrack with other competitors, because it just doesn't have the maneuverability. You can't really pass that well. With the old car, if you were tight, at least you could maneuver it a little bit. You could go up the racetrack, you could try to come back down and shoot throught a hole. With this thing, whenever you start sliding, the front tires continue to slide. It's almost like they're on skis out there." -nascar.com

I thought this car was supposed to make things more competitive. most of the field ended up 3 and more laps down. apparently it was impossible to make adjustments on it, and the whole back end comes apart if it contacts the wall. the handling problems in traffic should make things pretty interesting at Darlington, and the other big tracks. just stick with the regular car nascar, please.

Personally I don't care. I hate that Toyota is even in Nascar. But as with many resources and a huge budget, why can't Waltrip qualify for a race. 3 weeks in a row sitting on the bench. Does he feel he has to cheat to even qualify.
Maybe Toyota will dump Michael, or better yet, leave Nascar altogether....I can only hope.
See what happens when you drop the Bow Tie for a Toyota.
