As we reported last year, Congressman Duncan Hunter (R-CA) helped to enact an NRA-backed law to save the 1100 Roosevelt Elk and Kaibab Mule Deer on Santa Rosa Island from court-ordered extermination. Congresswoman Lois Capps (D-CA) and Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Barbara Boxer (D-CA) were outraged. It was clear that they were not going to give up until every elk and mule deer on the island had been destroyed.

This week, Senator Feinstein succeeded in inserting a provision into the Omnibus Appropriations Bill that repeals this animal-saving law. This action, passed in the dark of night, reinstates the extermination order that must be carried out by 2011. This is a terrible blow to wildlife conservation in America.

What Happened to the 85 Bears after winning super bowl 46-10 over New England everybody thought they wolud win 2 or 3 Super Bowls! What happened! Another sad part of the super bowl was William Perry scored a touchdown but not the late great Walter Payton! Having Fridge score touchdown was a joke!

I just bought a S&W 500 and am looking for a good holster for it. These two holsters are virtually identical except that one is an "across-the-chest" holster and the other is a vertical shoulder holster.

I only ask this because I still say that there are many players in today's game that are or have been juiced. Only 86 players named in report after all this talk for years about steroids in baseball since late 80's mid 90's & the people on list, I never really heard of about 80% of them. Does anyone else think that more caliber players should be on list.. Yes or no without naming any specific player or players. I say yes & this is only my opionion but want feedback on this issue from others.

right the title says it all..

i know of lots of kind of bullets.. but little about what they are good for.

halow (is that even the right word) points kind of explod in the target right??

FMJ's are good for punching through things if i remember right.... on a side note... how can you tell if a bullet is FMJ or not??

but there are lots of other kinds of bullets out there... i was just woundering what they all do.

I'm going to visit my grandma in Syracuse over the summer and I am going to be sent to gymnastics school. I need to get a back handspring down quickly and I need to learn a back tuck. I'm in cheerleading and the school I go to doesn't require you to have either. But, I'm moving to Florida where it is vital if you want to make a squad. I have the basics down and I learn fast. Know any good gymnastics schools?

I say 90-95 wins and an AL East crown, and then we'll see from there. We have the best lineup in baseball...BY FAR, and even though the pitching staff is young I think it will begin to take shape as one of the best in the AL around July and the Yankees will break away from the pack there. Also, they'll want to send out the cathedral of baseball Yankee Stadium the right way.

I cant wait until this season. The Knicks, Jets, and Rangers have caused me enough heartache this offseason and the Yankees are the only really good team I root for these days.

Also, as for Boston...lets just say flukes rarely happen twice.

LETS GO YANKEES!
