I've been having a lot of trouble with my roundoff back handspring. Any tips are greatly appreciated...thanks!!!

keep working on round-off rebounds. and when your comfortable on your rebound is high enough & your chest is UP on your rebound work on your round off back handspring. remember to lock your arms , and to sit enough. jump back not straight up. good luck !

Get someone to spot you. Don't forget to sit. A lot of people only jump out of the roundoff when they start learning this skill. You have to go backward and up, not just up. Going straight up will cause you to hesitate or land on their head.
