Green Bay is not called titletown for no reason.... and the Superbowl Trophy is not named after the Packers just for the heck of it... Hmm seems as though the NFL knows that the Packers are the best team of alltime most years...

Has to be the 72 Dolphins. Only team as of right now to not lose a single game. Yeah they didnt have the blow outs but they found a way to win ugly games & thats what a good team does. BUT if the Pats go undefeated this year it would have to be them with how bad they have beat teams in such a tight NFL. Something like an 20+ point average margian of victory & Brady is just crazy. Man I cant wait til he retires

The 1972 Miami Dolphins. They lost their Hall of Fame QB for most of the season and still went undefeated. They're team was anchored by 7 Hall of Famers and two runningbacks who rushed for 1,000 yards.

Green Bay Packers during Lombardi's tenure as head coach. The greatest, most exciting game I witnessed: Bart Starr's keeper play for 1-yard behind Jerry Kramer to score seconds remaining to win. It was a third straight championship. And it was cold. Green Bay players were cold but Dallas was absolutely frozen. Refs later said their whistles were frozen. Bart Starr, Boyd Dowler, Kramer and so forth, Greatest Team.

The 70's Cowboys. They went to 5 Super Bowls and 7 Championship games in 9 years.

If they go all the way undefeated it's the current Patriots.

Otherwise the 85 bears.

But the bears DID lose that year to a good passing offense & Marino -- Brady could probably handle the blitzes and rip the Bears secondary.

How can you argue with perfection, easily the '72 dolphins. Even if the Pats go 19-0 this year, they still lost the same number of games. The undefeated season can only be tied, never beat!!
