is it better to run 10 miles 3 or 4 days a week, or run 5 miles 6 days a week?
i thought running longer distances at a time would be more effective at burning fat, as the kreb cycle starts burning fatty acids after it exhausts its glycogen supplies. however i think this is faulty thinking because even if the krebs cycle doesnt start burning fat directly it has to replenish the glycogen supplies and to do that it converts fat anyways.....if i want to maximize the amount of fat burned, will one type of training or the other matter at all as far as running is concerned?

HHH just said on Raw that he would pedigree his on Father-in law. What do you think that meant? Sounds to me that Steph is running out of things to write about so she is taking a past but yet favorite storyline from the past and running with it again.

Some of these calls are legit. I'm not sure if some of the others should hold up. That call on Ivy on Welker was crap. Do these refs know that you can put your hands on the receiver within 5 yards as long as you don't hold him? That was not a hold. Okay, I'm done complaining.

I am on the freshman team for my school
and i am a starter, but every LITTLE mistake that i make he will be on my case
but if someone else does it, he will let it slide
i dont understand... my dad said he picks on me because he wants me to be the best player i can be and i have potential

I'm so chicken to play him, especially against high-scoring teams. On the other hand, I'll play Kiprusoff against low-scoring teams, and I'll get burned on both sides of that decision. WHY WHY WHY????

I remember the days when they had Ty Law, Willie McGinest, a younger Rodney Harrison, and a Richard Seymour that was actually as good as he was billed. Just look at this. The Patriots defense used to own Willis McGahee. Well, they're getting owned by him tonight. Even if they pull off this one, they're not the best team in my opinion. That would be the Cowboys. If a rematch happens in the Super Bowl, the Cowboys would take it 45-21.

Why do martial artists say Taekwodo is out to get money, when technically, those people are paying for lessons too. Accept it. If you are paying for lessons, then the instructor likes your money way more than he likes you. Honestly, do you think these people work there @$$es of so you can be a good martial artist.
