Is this likely to be what plays out, I dont think so. But you never know. Thats why you arent allowed to talk about another teams players.

FYI, the Twins management has never publically said they are actively trying to trade Santana.

Nothing more than words in the heat of the action. The Twins are more likely to do a deal with the Yankees for Santana than file tampering charges.

That's just dumb. It's never going to happen. It's a no win case. It will only serve to piss off the Yankees. I'd rather have Stalin mad at me then the Steinbrenners. The Twins will pay for this down the road, if they continue with this.

how is it tampering when a teams says in public they will trade a certain player and another team says we will be interested, if thats tampering, then barry bonds is innocent.
