Like i telling you should know this one, but like when you place someone on waivers, what happens and why would someone do it? like Karel Pilar got sent down to the minors by Chicago, and all of a sudden hes with Atlanta.. and even in 2K8, i can never send my players to the minors, i always have to waive them, and then they get taken by other teams! like wth, someone explain lol.

I don't have cable and think it ridiculous they don't have MNF on network tv anymore. I did download SOPplayer and used it to watch baseball but don't know a site where I can go for football. Any help is appreciated!

WWE Champion John Cena has suffered a complete tear of his right pectoral tendon and is heading into surgery, according to noted orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews. Because of the seriousness of the injury, WWE officials will not allow Cena to compete this Sunday at No Mercy, and he will have no choice but to surrender the title.

Dr. Andrews said Cena could miss between six and eight months of action. Cena was injured during his match with Mr. Kennedy Monday night on Raw. According to WWE physician Dr. Ferdinand Rios, Cena's injury was more serious than initially thought.

"He has a complete tear of his pectoralus major muscle," Rios said. "Because he’s so big, [the tendon tear] is behind the muscle. It was hard to diagnose."

Rios said Cena will be hospitalized for a few days to learn the rehabilitation procedure he must undergo. His arm will be immobilized for a week and then therapists may allow him to start moving it so that the arm doesn't become stiff.

I would love to do a martial art but at age 40 I am worried that I won't be taken seriously. I'm physically fit - well in a normal 9-5 office worker way and not as supple or quick in reflexes compared to being younger.

When asked about Biffle winning the race and rules that Nascar uses he was for once in his life (or so he thinks) without words. That basically told me that the governing body of nascar is in fact a farce and we all know that heads will be rolling once people "Wake Up And Smell The Coffee"!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Cena fan but I would have loved to see someone actuelly beat him as opposed to him having to give up the belt. That's just my opinion though.

For fun, I've recently started Tae Kwon Do. My first lesson is tonight, through our local Park District. It's a class of about 10 people, of various levels, and it's an hour class. First of all, I know NOTHING about Tae Kwon Do. What should I wear? I have a minor knee injury, will this stop me? I wear glasses, should I not wear them? (I can't see at all without them) What do I take? What are the classes like?
