Score is tied 0-0 and the bases are loaded at the bottom of the ninth inning. Batter at the plate hits a home run. Is the score 4-0 or does only the winning run crossing the plate count for 1-0?

My husband is interested in purchasing a new bicycle as he is getting into triathlons. I am also interested in purchasing a bike, more for recreational riding but also with the possibility of training for a race of some sort (although most likely not a triathlon). When is a good time of year to buy bicycles from a bike shop (i.e., when do they try to get rid of the end of year models)?

For the first time in my life I am the proud owner of one of them stick throwers.

I have managed to procure a very nice compound crossbow. I have been shooting projectile weapons since I was 4, but have never fired a crossbow.

I am aware of the basics of safety and sanity. Unfortunately, I am not aware ofthe following:

- How to determine the proper bolt length?
- What type of bolts should I purchase - Practice and Hunting?
- What type of broadheads and how will each impact the flight or speed?
- It has a basic peep site. What should I look into as an upgrade?

Thanks guys.

Whats more pitiful is that he couldn't even play unless both Frye & Anderson got hurt! Crennel should've told them to fake an injury so that he could've played. Not that he would've done any better mind you.

Perhaps Romeo will promote him to #2 next week.

A few days ago I asked a question about bowlers run ups in cricket, let me make it clearer about the question I was asking.
In the 70s especially, i used to watch fast bowlers especially in test cricket take huge runups to bowl, Bob Willis, Geoff Thompson,Dennis Lilly to name a few. They would take allmost half of length of the ground ! But now the 'equivelent' fast bowlers of todays game eg Freddy Flintoff, Bret Lee take a run up of no more than half that.Is it because that fast bowling in cricket has evolved in teqnique? Or is it rules ?Or to do with stamina or anything else?

Curtis Granderson of the Detroit Tigers being only the THIRD player EVER to get 20 or more doubles, triples, home runs, and stolen bases. It was SO cool! Did you hear about it?

Why has Nascar hesitated to fine and/or penalize the brat? Ricky Rudd has already missed one race because of Jeffie's little love tap. Should he be suapended for a race or two, lose 100 points, or just a monetary fine?

My husband and I recently met some Brazilians. My husband is a huge (american) football fan while the guy from Brazil thinks we should watch some "real football". What team would be worth checking out?

Why were there cheers when Pennington was taken out of the game? I thought it was noble when he came back in to the game yesterday.
I am a Pats fan so I guess I don't understand why the backup QB was cheered that much

Do you think it would be better for me to break Rexs legs or arms to make sure he never plays again?

Not in terms of ability (long way to go yet) but his targeting of Massa at the start of the Monza GP made the great man look like an amateur.

And James Allen's "shades of Schumacher" comment...come on James ! You castigated Michael every time he did it. Why then is it OK for Lewis ?
