You knew this question was coming, especially since Harrison has a ring now. Before you jump the gun and say Rice, take a look at Harrison's career stats (not that I'm a Harrison fan). If I'm not mistaken, he may be on a pace to break Rice's records if he plays long enough (and he isn't showing any signs of slowing down or getting injured). These are two of the most talented, team-oriented, humble, yet confident players I have witnessed in the NFL. They both are tops, but who would you choose in his prime?

She asked me to teach her, as I used to be a SCUBA instructor and am therefore comfortable in water etc.

The only drawback is that she was in the army and even their instructors couldnt teach her how to swim, she's quite terrified.

Any tips to make this go a bit smoother?

HAS ANY NOTICED THAT THE CAVS CAN'T CATCH A BRAKE WHEN IT COMES TO THE REFS CALLING FOULS. THE WHOLE YEAR THE SPURS WERE CRYING AND COMPLAINING ABOUT REFS CALLING BOGUS FOULS AND TREATING THEM DIFFERANTLY. THEY EVEN SUSPENDED A REF FOR THE ALTERCATION BETWEEN HIM AND TIM DUNCAN. NOW SINCE THE PLAYOFFS STARTED THE REFS DON'T CALL ANYTHING ON THE SPURS AND EVERYTHING ON THE OTHER TEAM. THE BEST EXAMPLE WAS LAST GAME WHEN LABRON SHOT THAT 3 WITH BRUCE BOWEN ON HIS BACK 5 FEET FROM A REF THAT WAS LOOKING RIGHT AT THE FOUL BUT WHAT HAPPENED A "NO CALL" DOES ANYONE ELSE NOTICE WHATS GOING ON OR IS IT I JUST HATE THE SPURS THAT MUCH??????

Hi,

I know that swimming is good excercise to loose weight. Normally, I swim for 50-55 min. and then sit in hot tub for 10-15 min.
My question is : Does going to hot tub after swimming helps to loose weight or not?
Should I continue going to hot tub or just come back after swimming?
