I used to do Tae Kwon Do years ago and went all the way up to brown belt. Now I've forgotten almost everything and I just joined a Karate class on Monday. I'm noticing afterwards it just feels like I've gotten a really good workout! Will doing karate help me lose weight? I'd be interested in hearing from other people who joined a karate class and lost weight because of it. How much did you lose? Our class is very active, doing jumping jacks, running, etc. as well as the forms. I always sweat a lot.

I'm only asking this because Schilling has been acting very weird as of late and for a guy with as much class as he has it doesn't make a lot of sense at all with some of the things he has done recently.

Was it a slap in the face to him that the Sox paid Dice-K that amount of money before he ever pitched in the majors yet Schilling is the #1 starter? I'm just asking.

the differences in basball cards. Obviously I am new to this. I am doing a friend a favor by organizing thousands of cards that where just thrown into a box after a "nasty divorce" and I am curious about some things. They are all Score 91 but why do the have 4 different boarder colors? I can see the difference between the "Rookie Prospect" ones and the "1st round pick" and "no hit club" etc., The 4 colors are black, blue, green and white, but I see no difference in the information that they display. Each color has cards for every position, division, AL or NL and I just don't know the difference. The Upper Deck ones are clear along withthe Fleer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is driving me nuts!!!!!!!!

Raw hasn't had a truly great tag division in my years than i can count.

Rated RKO was a team wwe pulled out of their butts to save the division

Cryme time hasn't really gotten the in ring push they need.

The titty squad was shipped off for being stupid. Kane and the undertaker were good until "MAY 19"

With that being said, who were the last tag team champs on raw you truly respected?

I mean jesus, they cheer because Roger Clemens is coming back for 28 million dollars. He's going to give them 5 innings every start, if that. He's 45 years old, he's near a freaking old folks home.

When the Yankees are a .500 team and they finally realize that things aren't going to get better they will do what they always do when their teams lose. They will be fair weather and bandwagon and find another team to root for.

They are all garbage, and should be treated like garbage. They belong in a dump.

you guys are obessesed with the game of cricket ( not that anything wrong with it ) but if the nation is so passionate about the game then why cant your team be if not the best but one of the best

Last winter I was knocked off my bike by a lorry, at the time I was using really bright red led lights and wearing reflective gear. The atitude what I seem to see get is that many motorist don't seem to give a dam about cyclists. My commute home is on busy country road and I have notice Farm Tractors with flashing amber light. You see them from a great distance so you have time react in a car. A cyclist with red lights, it only a bike and you don't get the same reaction from motorist. So I'am looking at all options for tail lights but the amber led on my rucksack seems a good idea but I don't know if the police are going to think its a good idea. "Some smart alex going to say your a bike not tractor".
