but i ride my bike at least 4 days a week at about 20mph is this not good exercise i do not c anyone advocating bike riding

Yes cycling is great exercise.

Biking is great exercise. It gets your heart pumping, especially if you attack the hills. It's not hard on the joints like running is.

About 4 years ago, I lost 50 pounds and have kept it off through biking. And if you bike to work or school, you'll save a ton of money on gas!

Bike riding is excellent exercise. Keep doing it. Walking is so highly advocated because it is something anyone can do any where.
