I've played two games, now. I can still barely serve and I have trouble adjusting to incoming shots to return them as well. Any hints on how to improve quickly or practice?

I'm not american, I'm from South America and when i moved here I started playing soccer and after I while I found out that mostly all americans hate soccer even some of my teammates, all they would do was talk about basketball,baseball, and football but never soccer, that's why i hardly talk to my team mater at all. All I ever hear about soccer from americans is 'soccer is the stupidest sport out there' even though SOCCER IS THE #1 MOST POPULAR SPORT ON EARTH...so why aren't Americans interested in soccer?

Who will be the division winners?? Buffalo and Anaheim have a bit of a gap against their rivals, and will be hard to overtake with few games to go. But in the atlantic NJ are just 4 points ahead of Pittsburgh, in the southeast Atlanta are just 2 points ahead of Tampa, Detroit and Nashville are seperated by 1 point in the central, and in the northwest, Vancouver, Minnesota, and Calgary are all seperated by just 4 points. Who will be the likely winners of the divisions?

When I am running say the 100 meters, I usually go the first 50 meters without taking any breaths while I breathe rather erratically during the latter parts of the race. I believe that this has an effect on my times as it gets to the point where I cannot run at full speed in the final ten or so meters.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can control this? Thanks.

Why do the girls hv to copy the guys in the NCAA...We hv March Madness & the final 4..and they hv to do the same?? 64 team tournament for the girls....there are NOT more than 8 womens teams legit to win the women's championship....Now, there's a Women's NIT ???
