This is to all the Kobe haters - why do you hate him so much. And give me good reasons, with good supporting arguments. I am tired of people just being mad at him for beating his team, and please dont bring in the rape thing, we all know he was set up. He has three championship and he works extremely hard. Do you have him because he is so good?

First of all, I am Kobe fan too, but I still will answer your question. There are many reasons why people hate Kobe and the main reason is Ignorance! yes ignorance. Most of the people that wrote an answer here don't known to much about NBA. First of all, people is jealous of Kobe because he is the best and most talented player in the NBA. There's nothing that the man can't do. He's old school cuz' he doesn't care about making friends he wants to win no matter what, he's a warrior. He IS a team player, he plays for the win, the thing is that people doesn't understand when a leader have to take over the game. Last year when he scored 81 points was necessary cuz' they were losing by 20 points and he took over the game, without those points they would have lost the game. He understands the game. Another thing, the lakers made the right desicion by keeping Kobe cuz' he's just 28 years old and Shaq have 2 more seasons to go. Shaq woulnd't have won those 3 rings without Kobe and last year Wade was the main man. Do you think that if you put Shaq in this laker team they would be contenders without Kobe? Of course not, they wouldn't even make the playoff when he miss more than 25 games a season.

I know this doesnt really answer youre question, but it backs up Kobe Bryant. To all you people who say "Oh he scored 81 points, hes a ball hog. " You know what that tells me? Lets just erase the fact that legendary great Wilt "The Stilt" Chamberlain scored 100. I mean he had teammates too right? Who cares if he scored a hundred lets just erase that memorable event. But when Kobe scores 81, its a completely different story. You know why? Jealousy. People are jealous that their favorite team doesnt have a player like that. You know, i would be jealous too. But it doesnt give the people the right to be haters. He is a hardworking man. If you think he ballhogs, then you go out there and play and see if you can make the shot when someone passes to you. It is not his fault that he is a reliable source for shots. I hope that shuts up all the critics.

There are some components of your short tale that i do no longer accept as true with. He became very egocentric whilst Shaq became there. they might have won many extra championships yet he became too egocentric. additionally, up until this season, he had a large style of hardship related to people and that's what people mean via making others extra clever. He did a much extra clever interest this year and it is the reason he have been given MVP. He has constantly been a extraordinary participant yet that section became lacking, before. he's hated using fact of those issues and thanks to what happened with that lady. If he did no longer rape her (which i've got faith he did no longer) then at suited he's a womanizer and cheats on his spouse. no longer stable features once you prefer to place somebody on a pedestal. i did no longer like him too plenty until this year, provide it a while.

Once again, people don't know how to follow directions. You can hate kobe as much as you all want to but that didn't stop him from winning MVP @ the All-Star game or from getting his 20 million a year and his family is still together so your efforts are useless!

Why do people feel a need to ask this question? Fans are allowed to like, dislike, or even hate any player they want. Now personally while I'm not a fan of his I don't hate Kobe. In fact I respect him as a player.

Kobe is a great player, but most young fans haven't been around long enough to know that Kobe raped a girl in Denver and got away with it. It was huge back in the day. Check it our on Wikipedia! Still respect him?

Not mention the rape? What about the girl and others like her that were raped by so called famous athletes. Athletes and famous people think that they can get away with murder. {ex. O.J.} That was just one thing that changed my opinion about him. His actions speak louder than words.
