Hello, I run the 400m open. I am 5'4'' and weigh 118 pounds. Yes I am pretty short and I also have short strides.
I was wondering,
Is it better to stretch for those extra inches when
running the 400m?
Or should I just have a comfortable stride and
focus more on sprinting?
Taking longer strides would mean slower leg cycles
and it also tires my legs too because I have to stretch.
Can anyone help?

did you hear what he said on the commercial?

it was something like people couldnt see his unique talent and he practiced and practiced just to prove to those people that he is good and he made those people eat those words that they said to him.

Yes i think the nascar track in bremerton washington should be accepted because it would bring in so much money. It would bring in enough money so we wouldnt have to pay taxes on it. The track will also bring other sporting events with is. They wouldnt just have nascar, they would have all kinds of extreme sports. They would probabily build a skate park for all u skaters. they probabily would build a r/c car track for all u r/c car drivers. They are going to build dirt tracks for the sprint cars and the monifieds. They will make a demo-derby arena for all kinds of activites like demos, dirtbikes, gocarts, and lawnmower racing. It is going to be right by the drag strip so theres double the fun. This would bring in alot of money so bremerton will be a fun town and not a boring place to be anymore.

is THQ really that stupid?
I mean they put Kurt Angle in there game when hes with WWE's rival TNA.
Sure you guys can say that they made it before he left. But in the Cleaning Up Raw Storyline one of his messages before Wrestlemania says "It true. It Damn True."

Thats almost like what he said when he went to TNA so its gotta have been made and finalized after he went to TNA

I have been watching a GREAT game between Dallas and Phoenix tonight and at the end of the first overtime the officials called two HORRIBLE offensive fouls on Amare Stoudamire and in both case is was blatantly obvious that Stoudamire was the one who was fouled. I AM NOT A SUNS FAN but just hate seeing pompous, arrogant officials decide games with their HORRIBLE calls!

my season has just ended, and i didnt play as much as i wanted to, i asked my friends who got lots of playing time, on what i can do for next year in order to have the most playing time as possible, and they all recommended that i should improve my jump shot, they told me master it till a point at which i am automatic, any suggestions? and please do not list drills, but tips like keep your palm off the ball, things like that and please dont just say practice because i dont know how to practice

i was wondering if there's anything to help my volleying and overheads

my volleys are ok, but im not so good at placing them
my overheads are a different story. im 6'4, but i always miss my overheads...always swing too early, and end up missing, then turning around quickly and hitting the ball...it's really annoying and i was wondering if there is anything to make these 2 better

i play doubles 1 on my jv team, so these two are very important to me

tommrow i am going paintballing for the first time ever, so my friends been telling how it hurts when you get hit by a paintball but that deosnt worry me, what worries me most is getting hit in the groin, yes i know, so i got to questions, should i even bother to protect the groin? and the second questions is if yes than how can i do so? i dont have a cap or anyhting for the groin.
