At the moment I cannot see that there will be very many Football Clubs willing to take him on, as he has upset one hell of a lot of Footballers, and shown he has NO RESPECT for anybody Players or Fans, He needs to learn to keep his mouth firmly shut.

Firstly, - as a long-time MANCHESTER CITY fan, myself, - I have SEEN them in WORSE situations, before, and they have BOUNCED BACK!

Personally, I really do NOT think, that the boys, WILL go down, - so, your question, about Joey Barton's TRANSFER, is "NULL AND VOID"! But, - IF they DO, - then, surely, they will NEED his skills, to help them, to get BACK, to the top flight! As for his VALUE, on the transfer market, though, - should they decide to DO SO, - start at around £20 MILLION! If they're gonna GET him, make 'em PAY, for the privilege of HAVING him!

I know ALL ABOUT his "DISCIPLINARY" record, - and, I could NEVER, - even, with the BEST WILL, in the World, - EXCUSE him, FOR it, - but, - THAT aside, - I also, know, what an extremely TALENTED footballer, he IS, already, - and, WILL BE, for a FEW YEARS to come! Any club, in the World should be PROUD to have SUCH a player on their team!

I think hes a good, battling midfield player with a bad temerament. If you take away his temperament, he will not be the same player. Other than the big 4 in Premiership football, he would probably be a good addition to any team. I think hes worth around £8m and I would love him at my club: Preston North End!!!

I think he would go for about 6 million if they go down. I'm a man u fan and would like to see him here. cheaper than hargreves at 20 million and quite similar!! i like the way he slated lamps for his shite world cup and being a primadona, bout time someone told it how it is. Also i think ferguson could control jb's temper.

8mil... Actually this is a fair prise for him, he was a great player in many way. Speed, view, passing, crossing, and even shooting power....... Havnig him as a playing making midfielder will be a great advantage for every team... but his was not a consistents player, and his skill still not match with lampard, geralds king of people.... so this will be a fair prise for his transfer.

Nah, too much trouble. I don't respect Man City because of Barton and his manners against Everton.
