Had to be the promo The Rock did this last Monday on Raw.

Some random fan coming over the barricade and a Monday Nitro in Knoxville, TN and trying to attack Hogan. Before he got both feet through the ring ropes Macho Man and Hogan were both wailing on him, then the ref sucker punched him. Next thing you know security grabs him and throws him back over the rail. The match continues and you can see every once in a while security continuing to beat the dog out of him about three rows into the crowd. This happened around 98-99.

I think the funniest moments was when DX did all that stuff to Vince McMahons' plane, limo, and building. Also when They shipped The Spirit Squad in a box to some other country!! That was hella funny I almost peed my pants. Also like the other two people said, when Edge got thrown out to that nasty water, he deserved it!

Either the Stone Cold/Booker T fight in a grocery store around 4 years ago, or when The Rock made Mr. Mcmahon kiss Rikishi's @ss. Both were equally funny!

A tie between Roddy Piper smacking a coconut off Jimmy Snuka's skull (hilarious when it happened, and funnier now in this PC world) and when "The Shockmaster" stumbled through the set during a presumed dramatic entrance.

the two moments that stick out to me maximum are Stone chilly's beer truck invasion and DX impersonating the McMahons, yet there are a good number of alternative possibilities. Like Kurt perspective with the milk truck, the McMahons and the Spirit Squad getting lined in crap, just about each little thing that got here out of Stone chilly and The Rock's mouths... like I mentioned, difficult decision.

When Mr. McMahon got attacked by 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin in the Hospital in October 1998, I still laugh my guts out watching that clip

I thought it was funny when they had that storyline a few years back with Goldust. He got "electrocuted" and he always stuttered.He says to Bischoff "Why do you have to be such a dic-dic-dic-dictator, dictator?" I have been trying to find sound/video clips of them for a long time.
Another: When Roddy Piper got mad at some guy that was smoking a cigar and he blew a fire extinguisher on him.

Barry Windham was in a match that had 2 rings. If you won in the first ring you went into the second ring. There was some kind of malfunction and he got his head stuck between the two rings. I have never laughed so hard in my entire life. It was hilarious!

I think it was a cage match with Brock in the cage about to f5 someone, and Angle was supposed to come in and break it up, but could not get the cage door open.
