i have a question that ive been debating about with my friend for sometime now and turning to you guys for your opinions might prove helpful.the argument is that he thinks that any runner a slow one an average one or just one that busts his butt off training can become as great as some of the true elite runners. my side of the argument is that i believe that those types of people(elite) are already born with it and no matter how hard/long a runner trains they can never be as great as the one who is born with the potential.in otherwords every person that runs already has their barrier set up to where they can improve. what do you think ????

The punishment fit the crime? I am neither a Duke nor an UNC fan. But if you watch the replay in Slow-mo, which i have, the player that fouled Hansborough was looking him right in the eyes. Dukies can defend the player all they want, but the video does not lie. AFTER the contact, he looked for the ball. Is a 1 game suspension enough? Or should the NCAA make him sit out the hole tournament?

Travis Henry is going to Denver, after he had a great season racking up 1200+yds and 7 TDs having a 4.5 avg, do u think he'll even have a better season in Denver? I've read where he is planning to move up to the lightweight division. In your opinion is it a matter of "tell me it aint so" or can he campaign in that division and add more titles to his already impressive hall of fame resume?
There are some tough cookies in the lightweight division. Is Erik's tank running dry or can he muster a run at the lightweight championship?

for the Big dance?
Florida hit a bad losing streak, losing 3 of 4 to some teams they should have cleaned the floor with. UCLA has had some questionable losses, but none as bad as Florida. UNC is getting hot in the last part of the year. Who else do you think will make a #1 seed for the big dance?

I figured OVW and APW Boot Camp are good. APW Boot Camp is where Great Khali was trained by? It's pretty hard to get into OVW and pass, so that's an alternative in my opinion, I'd like to work my way up before I even dream about going to OVW.

ok so they drafted LaMarcus Aldridge with the number 2 pick and then traded that to the blazers for tyrus thomas and victor kreyapa. i think i got that right but how did they end up with those to and Thabo Sefolosha who was taken with the 13 pick. was the trade with the blazers a three team trade or how did all this work out. and thank god it did bc TT and TS are going to be the ****. i just read up on tyrus thomas pretty nuts. heres his website check it out. tyrusthomas24.com thanks

You saw the play, Duke vs. NC. Less than a minute to go. Hansborough had the rebound off the free throw a foot from the basket. He was deliberately creamed.
We know the foul and the intent to injure was deliberate. Black players do this. Isn't this incident and others like it racially motivated? Isn't this just the latest?
