i think its the cricket match for blind people
who cant really see the ball coming, so what they usually do is they add some noisy thing inside the ball and let the bowler bowl underarm so that the batsman can visualize the ball according to the sound

Well, bowling underarm is not allowed in cricket, so I don't
there is any game that bowlers would be doing that.
