I figured OVW and APW Boot Camp are good. APW Boot Camp is where Great Khali was trained by? It's pretty hard to get into OVW and pass, so that's an alternative in my opinion, I'd like to work my way up before I even dream about going to OVW.
What would be a good school?

uhhhh if you mean college wrestling then Oklahoma State and Iowa State and if you mean high school then theres St. Edward's and Blair Academy

ROH is the only decent thing. But even then, wrestling sucks.
