I am 18, 5'4, 200lbs. I am away at college and I want to lose weight. What should I do to get started (like how far should I run, for how long, etc.)
I already walk about 1-2 miles a day without getting out of breath so I think I can skip the walking stage and just start to jog or run. I also workout because I am on 2 sport teams in college but we don't do that much running just suicides if we do anything.

I would have to say Trish Stratus in the begining when she was for T and A and Mickie James when she was psycho mickie and i use to like victoira on the ps2 game (that was before i watched wreslting) once when I found out that all of victoria's past i was like uhh. And when i was playing just smakcdown vs raw my brother told me that Trish was the current champion so i was like I like trish now and then ever since i liked trish. I just like started watching wrestling about less than 6 months ago and i know everything from trish past to her current things. And I learned that in less than 1 week. I am REALLY tough
and i want to be a diva i want to help prove woman are strong and can do what men can do, since wrestling was created to be a men sport. Its already been proven but still
