This is a weight class, under 67 Kilograms. Multiply times 2.2 to get a basic idea in Roman weights and measures. I started with Judo myself about age 7, then wrestling began in school the next year. In my opinion this is a very good martial art to establish a foundation on.

I have not heard of minus 67klgs usually it's minus 66. Anyways it means you weigh between 60 and 67 klgs, or 131 and 146 lbs.

So everyone you will be fighting will weigh within a 15 lb range. Now if you weigh 2-5 lbs or 1-2klgs over the weight limit for a group try taking the week leading up to the tournament and lose the weight. Simple dieting like only drinking water and not eating junk food will do it if not do more cardio
