squats and lunges. also if you get down on all fours, rest on your elbows, and extend one leg over and over that really works out your hamstrings. switch legs and stuff. to work out your calves- this is amazingly effective but hard- stand on the end of a stair with the heels of your feet hanging off the back and rest while your heels go down, then lift yourself up by flexing your calves kind of like standing on your tip toes, but just the upper pads of your feet. so hard!

Some workout's you can do is to do sqautjumps. those help out your thighs. another workout you can do is to start squating with wieghts. Find out what your max is then do percentages like 70% 80% and so on

i am in 8th grade too n i am 5'9 n leg lifts are the best exercises for your legs but other than that just run

you've gotta do the squats and leg curls with the correct amount of weight.
