I swear, I am surprised some of those wrestlers and the announcers that work with JBL don't get up and beat the crap out of him. He comes off as a raging bully. I think it's ok to be a heel, but I think he goes way overboard and sometimes I just have to turn the channel because his announcing. I can barely concentrate on the match the way he spends the match ups promoting his talk show, berating Michael Cole at ringside and the wrestler's he doesn't like. He's not even a heel, because he's even insulting some bad guys like "Mike Mizanin.' He also comes off as a ragin homophobe during Vito's matches and is forever coming up with stupid slang like 'fruit booty.' I thought Tazz was going to punch him out when they were on the RAW season premiere announcing together. I think The King's behavior in the 90s was an example of a good heel announcer. JBL is boring and uses the same boring comments, "MY MOTHER WATCHES THIS SHOW!!!" I rather here the king's snide comments as a heel than bullying.

Jim Ross does some extreme overacting and really just appears to be throwing a tantrum during his announcing of every main event match. I think it's hilarious that any wrestling match can drive announcer to his extreme anger. The last RAW match I watched, I heard him going "GOD DAMMM IT. DAMN THAT MAN ALL TO HELL. HE'S A SON OF A B ITCH, GOD DA MN HIM!!!" Someone had interfered or something and he just bluew up. I payed more attention to him than the wrestling because his behavior was absolutely hilarious. I'm surprised everyone in the arena isn't looking over at him rather than the two wrestler's inside the ring. I'm surprised some of the wrestler's don't get upset with him.

Whatever happened to him ? Did he originally escape South Africa because of the Anti-Aparthied ban ? Was he originally a professional boxer ? Did he have a run in with Viv Richards ? After Nathan, Rincon, Reyes, Crain, Neshek, Guerrier, I figure there is MAYBE only one open spot in the pen to be fought over by Perkins, Choate, Venafro, and any starters who don't make thr rotation. Will any of these guys catch on in the pen?
