Jim Ross does some extreme overacting and really just appears to be throwing a tantrum during his announcing of every main event match. I think it's hilarious that any wrestling match can drive announcer to his extreme anger. The last RAW match I watched, I heard him going "GOD DAMMM IT. DAMN THAT MAN ALL TO HELL. HE'S A SON OF A B ITCH, GOD DA MN HIM!!!" Someone had interfered or something and he just bluew up. I payed more attention to him than the wrestling because his behavior was absolutely hilarious. I'm surprised everyone in the arena isn't looking over at him rather than the two wrestler's inside the ring. I'm surprised some of the wrestler's don't get upset with him.

He's getting older now. He definately is not as good as he used to be. I thought Ross was at his best in his pre-Bells Palsy days, which is an unfortunate conditiion that he was dealt with. I too think JR has lost some passion for his job. The big stars like Austin and Rock and Hogan, the real true megastars, are not longer around anymore. Business is somewhat down..and it seems like Ross just goes through the motions these days. Maybe someone in the back told him to tone down his style, who knows. He also doesnt have the power in the company he used to have, as head of Talent Coordinations. I know in his blog hes said hes thankful he doesnt have that job anymore, but Im not so sure. One more thing I want to point out is, I also think Ross' style has become stale. It worked and was great in the Attitude Era and before that (his UWF and WCW days were off the charts), but now he just seems like a shell of his former self, some of it not being his fault (the Bells Palsy), and some of it could be from losing passion Good question here.

He's always reacting to when things just get out of hand in every WWE main event match. I mean that's just his style. I don't laugh at him at all. None of the participating wrestlers aren't interested in what he's saying, rather concentrating on the action in the ring.

Yeah which is why he the best WWE annoucer. He gets in it and calls a fair match. He does go off like that if someone cheats after a long match to win.

He always speaks loud and expresses himself how he seems fit.
