You can check in your area for a local Lions Club as they accept donations like this and provide low income assistance to those who may need this.

(Plus this would be a donation which you could claim on taxes)

Contact your local Lions Club or Shriners organization. The Lions also accept old perscription glasses. They will make good use of your spares, and can give you a recipt for your donation you can use as a tax deduction.
