I'm joining my high school track team and I'm think about doing pole vaulting. But one little thing, I have no idea how.
I really don't want to just go out there the first day and really hurt myself for not knowing. So anyone know how to pole vault?

i am looking at getting the line chronic blends. i am about 5'10 or 5'11 and weigh 145 pounds. i am an intermediate/advanced skier into everything from the bumps to jumps to groomed to park. is 172 the size for me?

I figure people are just blind when they say "screw TNA". You have no soap opera, no nonsense stuff that Vince pulls on RAW. You have great storylines, great wrestlers, great talent. If you people would just sit down and watch one hour of this show and see guys like Homicide, Petey Williams, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Alex Shelley, Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, and much others you can see they have real heart in their business, and that they strive for making every night a good show.

They don't do the small things to, and don't waste time in the ring or out of the ring. The LAX promo where they attacked one of Team 3D's family members at their restaurant was just brilliant, and well scripted.

TNA is the new generation, and Vince these days is serving that up on a platter. Once TNA shifts up to a 2 hour show, then they will start making some more noise. If you judge the show based on entrance music and video play then you absoloutely don't have any sense in wrestling.

Everybody knows its fake but i wanna know if there was at least a single match that wasn't planned in the history.Was it planned from the begining?

Other thing is some wrestlers dont know how to fake it.For instance CENA vs UMAGA.When umaga hits CENAS chin or the face this CENA falls down holding his neck as if he was strangled and its like a joke.Some move away even before the shot reaches the face.I think these things have to be done more effectively to make wrestling a better entertaining event.What do you think?
