I think you want a mix of healthy and less healthy:
1. Healthy - Carrot sticks, pretzels, pickles, crackers
2. Less Healthy - Nacho Chips, Dip, Potato Chips, Peanuts, Cheese
If you need to serve a real meal, and not just snacks, lay out a platter of various cold cuts, bread and condiments, and let people make sandwiches.
Another option would be buy 3-5 good frozen pizzas (various topping choices), and cook and serve them as the game proceeds.

A good way to do it is to order a giant sub from Subway - there is plenty to eat, and sometimes they are not that expensive if you want veggies on it. Also good stuff to look at is chips, some sodas and such.
